Physico-chemical evaluation and biological evaluation of nanoparticulate systems made from natural biodegradable polymeric materials. Development and evaluation of controlled release, extended release and sustained release oral dosage forms, such as enteric coated tablets, spansules, and matrix tablets for antihypertensive drugs and other anti - inflammatory drugs. Development and evaluation of micro sponges for sustained delivery of topical drugs like antifungal and antimicrobials. Fabrication and evaluation nanospheres for sustained delivery of topical corticosteroids and cosmetic agents.
