Resource Division strives to support the University's pursuits and goals; it is dedicated to the development and growth to support and advance teaching,
learning and research at the University. The HRD is committed to support the
University's objectives dedicated to the development and growth of its staff
with a view to the advancement of teaching, learning and research at the
University.

The Human
Resource Division will endeavor to assist the University in reaching its goals
by providing quality and timely advice and supportive services to the
University's Management, faculty and other staff. In addition, the division
administers and coordinates employment policies, procedures and implements
employee benefit programs.
